Because all Elleve Sews products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind. We take great care to ensure every portrait is crafted to the highest standard.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

We will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
