2. How long does the process take?

• Production: We send you an email or social media message, to approve the digital drawing, it takes 5-14 days to design and stitch your custom portrait. Please make sure a valid email is used.

• Delivery: As soon as the final knot is tied, it is carefully packaged and shipped straight to your door.

3. Do you ship locally and how much is it? Yes! We offer flat-rate, tracked NZ-wide postage for $10. With FREE shipping in Christchurch and Rangiora.
