Ordering & Custom Portraits

How do I submit my pet photo?

It's easy! On the product page, you'll find a photo upload button right next to the Add to Cart button — simply upload your photo before placing your order.

If you forgot to upload your photo at checkout, no worries! Just email us with your order number and the photo, and we'll get it sorted for you.

What makes a good photo for a portrait?

  • Clear, in-focus image
  • Good natural lighting
  • Your pet looking at the camera (or a natural pose you love)
  • Avoid heavily filtered or dark photos

Can I request a specific pose or style?

Yes! When uploading your photo, feel free to include any special requests or notes and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

What sizes are available?

We offer a range of sizes to suit your space. You can select your preferred size when adding the product to your cart.

What add-ons are available?

We offer various add-ons such as names or special items. These can be selected at checkout or email us your ideas!

Turnaround & Shipping

How long does it take to make my portrait?

Each portrait is handcrafted with care. Please allow 2–6 business days for production, plus shipping time.

Do you ship throughout New Zealand?

Yes! We ship NZ-wide. We also offer local delivery to Christchurch and Rangiora.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my portrait?

Because every portrait is custom-made, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days. See our full Return Policy for details.
